Design-build is the best way to build a home because it brings together a cohesive team from day one, including the builder, architect, and interior designer. This collaborative approach allows us to address any potential issues early in the process, ensuring that everyone is aligned with your vision and needs throughout the entire project.

We open a separate account for each project and never commingle funds. Unlike other builders who may combine funds into one account and hope for the best, we ensure that each project’s finances are managed separately for better transparency and control.

With over 23 years of experience as professional builders, we have a deep understanding of construction costs. By offering a lump sum, we assume the financial risks associated with the project, protecting the owner from unexpected costs and providing greater peace of mind.

In addition to complete architectural plans, our detailed specifications ensure that the builder, architect, and customer are aligned on every aspect of the project throughout the entire build. This clarity helps define exactly what you are getting.

Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive process for quality control (QC) and schedule management. This includes close collaboration with the architect and monthly visits from our Director of Quality. These visits result in detailed reports that are reviewed and followed up by our President, Tom, and the construction operations team. Additionally, we use a live schedule on BuilderTrend, which allows both the customer and our team to stay aligned on the progress and timeline of the project.

At each location, we have senior team members local to the communities where we build. Our management team travels to each site weekly to ensure everything is on track (see QC above).

DOMA, our in-house architecture firm, manages the design to ensure your home’s vision is executed to perfection. Village Millworks, our cabinet shop, guarantees precision and craftsmanship in every detail, working closely from the design phase through to the installation of cabinets. Additionally, Tribus, our interior design firm, brings your space to life with exceptional design, ensuring every aspect of your home aligns perfectly with your style and needs. We also created Liquid Pools & Outdoors, a custom pool company, to offer tailored pool and outdoor solutions. By embracing a linear business model and keeping many aspects in-house, we maintain greater quality control and ensure the highest standards throughout the entire process.
