Our Quality Control Process
Quality control on our construction projects is managed by senior team members equipped to identify deficiencies and non-conforming standards early in the process. Our proactive approach guarantees that issues are addressed promptly, avoiding delays and costly repairs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes.
Our process involves the collaboration of both the Architect and Senior Construction Managers, who are responsible for maintaining the highest construction standards. The Architect ensures that the home aligns with the construction drawings and design intent, while the Senior Construction Managers oversee job site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to construction excellence.

At each of these milestones, comprehensive field reports are recorded digitally and saved in our centralized system. These reports are also emailed to the project manager to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
