We have checkpoints throughout the build with the VP of construction & VP of Quality.
Who helps us bring our interior style to life?
Our sister company, Tribus Interior Design, will work closely with you from design phases to move in.
Are there any model homes I could tour?
Yes. We have one located at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, and Palmetto Bluff. We expect to complete our next showhome in High Hampton in the Summer of 2024 and another at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs in 2025.
Does Dillard-Jones only build in Cliff communities?
No. We build throughout Coastal SC, Upstate SC and Western NC.
When do you consider landscaping design?
Landscape designs (including pools, putting greens, outdoor lighting, sports court, etc.) are strategically planned in our first phase, which is the design phase.
Can I provide my own architect?
Yes. Clients can use their own architects or we can provide assistance with our in-house architect team, DOMA Architecture.
How are the budgets and schedules tracked?
We use an app called BuilderTrend. Our project managers also use it to communicate weekly with our clients, providing weekly updates and progress photos.
