Homes built to be stronger & quieter. To construct a house that becomes your sanctuary, we use the finest materials available, such as a G&C subfloor. Adhered with glue and affixed with screws to an L/720 engineered floor system, they are twice as strong as current building codes. The result? Solid, squeak-free floors. We also include a FORTIFIED™ roof system, sheltering your family from the elements for decades to come.
Spray foam insulation is then applied throughout the entire exterior shell. We also use robust 2×6 framing for added insulation and noise reduction. Inside, we install rockwool insulation in mid-floors and interior walls to further muffle intrusive sounds. Even the plumbing we use is designed to deafen the noise of rushing water, using cast iron drips.
Homes built to be safer & healthier. Included in every home we build is a multi-point locking system on all exterior doors. We also pre-wire every home for a full security system that you can choose for yourself before moving in, ensuring your family’s safety from the start.
In addition to safety, nothing is more important to our health than the quality of the air we breathe. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure you can safely inhale and exhale without the burdens of excessive contaminants polluting the atmosphere in your home. To do this, we install 4-inch Ultravation filters with UV light treatment in the air handlers for cleaner air.
Then, every surface and finish is selected to avoid harmful emissions. That means no volatile organic compound (VOC) paints, prefinished floors, and custom cabinets are finished off-site. These standards alone drastically reduce (if not virtually eliminate) off-gassing of chemicals inside your home. We also install advanced carbon-dioxide monitors, year-round humidity control, and factory-trained door and window installers for a professionally sound house, maximizing your comfort and peace of mind.
Homes built to be more efficient & lower maintenance. The kind of technology available today allows you to control almost every aspect of your home’s maintenance from your phone.
With this in mind, we wire every home for TVs, speakers, security systems, and cameras. We also include smart features like thermostats and instant hot water systems with integrated recirculation so you can manage everything in your home with ease, according to your unique preferences. Every home we build must meet a high SEER standard (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) to pass final quality assurance inspections.
Plus, the exterior materials we incorporate into our builds are of the highest quality, rot-resistant and resilient materials available. Including Emerald Refresh™ exterior paint, 30 year AAMA 2605 finish on windows and a perimeter termite bait system.
